how does your garden grow?

Speaking of food....these little tomatoes don't agree with me, so unfortunately I can't partake, but the Gluten Free Diet is going well and I am having an unusually good summer. I have been doing this for approximately 11 months, so I think its full effect is finally in gear.

Yes, it is a difficult diet to be on, but I was desperate for better health and it has improved mine considerably. So, if any of you have been on the fence, let me help you jump to the other side because having more energy, less pain and fog free thinking has been a blessing and I feel like a whole new girl.

I will be...Gluten Free...for Life :)

What a full of hope blog post, Darlene! I'm so glad something is finally working for you. You have been on my list for a long time and I've grown comfortable with you there. I'll just keep you on the list if you don't mind.

I would love to talk to you about the gluten free diet. I think I want to try it. My doctor has suggested it in the past but it seems like sooo many things have gluten. Love your new digs.

Hi Darlene, Wanda told me about you and said that I should visit your blog. I,too, just found out by accident that I have gluten intolerance. I have been sick all of my adult life and have been quite ill for the past 9 years. Even to the point that my stomach would not empty and my head would fill up with pressure. Just by talking to my neighbor, she suggested that I may be gluten intolerant. I stopped all wheat products and what do you know!?!?

I am so glad that you found out before you got to my age. Enjoy your days and blessings to you!
Hugs,
Cheryl
